Tampa Bay’s source for flooring was founded in St. Petersburg, FL in 1988 by J.D. Manning and is still owned and operated by his children and grandchildren. Challenge
Although their in-store sales were steady, The Carpet Store realized that they were missing out on a large percentage of the market share that was being dominated by the national flooring companies. They brought ROI Amplified in to create and implement an online strategy to bring in more customers via digital marketing efforts. Because The Carpet Store doesn’t have the ability to accept online payment, the goal for ROI Amplified became getting as many quality leads who are online to go in-store as possible.
