We’re looking for an SEO Manager who is not only experienced but obsessed with all things SEO, especially AI SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and the future of search. What You’ll Do

  • Develop, execute, and refine advanced SEO and AI SEO strategies across diverse industries.
  • Conduct technical audits, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimizations.
  • Lead AI SEO experiments to maximize visibility in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and other LLM-powered search engines.
  • Build and implement structured data, AEO, and GEO strategies to future-proof client success.
  • Manage SEO reporting with GA4, GSC, SEMrush, and other analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with our paid media, web, and content teams to ensure holistic digital marketing campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI-driven ranking shifts, and industry trends.

 

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SEO experience (agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of growing organic visibility and rankings.
  • Deep understanding of technical SEO, AI SEO, and structured data.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and currently reside in Florida.

 

 

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience leading SEO accounts at an agency.
  • Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing, and AI marketing tools.
  • Previous success ranking in competitive industries (legal, healthcare, SaaS, etc.).
